download & install the Park Avenue BT Font.
This will allow you see this site in the way it was intended.

1. First download Park Avenue BT Font
by saving it to the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.
2. Select Start, then select Run.
3. Type %windir%\fonts, and then click OK.
4. On the File menu, select Install New Font.
5. In the Folder box, select C:\Windows\Fonts folder
6. In the List of Fonts select Park Avenue BT.
