New Zealand - 2004-12-20 - Auckland - Stray City Tour

Stray, the bus company that I road around the south island with, gives a free city tour. The first stop of the city tour is the sky tower. We were there at the right time to see a guy do a sky tower jump, which is controlled descent to a platform, but from really high. The second stop was the harbour. We also went across the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Lastly, we went to Baston Point & the Michael Joseph Savage memorial. Michael Joseph Savage is New Zealand's first Labour Government Leader & by far their favorite Australian. Baston point is where the Maori people were forcibly removed from their land by the government in the 70's.
