Australia - 2005-02-24 - 2 - Tumut - Jounama Dam
On the way to Tumut we saw a nice little city & were looking to pull over
for a view of it. The first decent place we found ended up being a road
to the Jounama Dam so we decided to check that out as well. My parents
explained how several parts of the dam worked since I didn't really know
anything about it. The gears & cords that controlled the spillway really
impressed my dad because of how large they were & how sturdy they would
have to be.
