Australia - 2005-03-20 - 6 - Bruny Island - Whalebone Point, Mount Mangana & Adventure Bay
After the lighthouse I knew that if I wanted to make the 5:30 ferry I
would have to skip some sites, so I decided to catch the last ferry at
7pm. The next stop was whalebone point, which has a nice bay & beach.
After that I drove through the forested area know as Mount Mangana. It
was the mud part of the roads, which made the car very dirty. However,
it was very nice & reminded me of the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales,
AU. After that I stopped at Adventure Bay which is where several people
have landed through history. It was not really that nice to look at, but
it was really cloudy & raining a little at that point.
