Australia - 2005-03-23 - 3 - St Columba Falls Reserve - Waterfalls
The St. Columbia Falls are considered one of the best in Tasmania. Even
though there was not as much water for them as there would normally be,
they were still well worth the trip. There is about 10 different falls
that make up the group. None are huge, but they combine very nicely. As
with all of our stops Adrian & I used this chance to exchange German &
English phrases. During the part of the trip that was just him & I, most
of the time was spent with me trying to learn some German words & him
practicing the English he knows. He also had this translator which would
help when we couldn't get the word we were trying to find. We spent most
of the trip working with each other, which was great because we both learned
so much.
