Australia - 2005-04-06 - 3 - Great Ocean Road - Along the Way
The first two pictures are the signs welcoming you to the start of the
Great Ocean Road. After that the pictures are of signs & views along the
way. The GOR is obviously very beautiful, but it also is an interesting
drive because of how it was made. It is really cut of the side of the
rock. It is very curvy, which makes for a slow drive. We tried to stay
on the beach in the city of Lorne but kicked out (after Adrian was already
asleep & we had everything unpacked for the night). It was a pain because
we had to drive about 20 minutes to another parking place to stay, which
actually ended up being the private land of a camping place. We stayed
outside it & went back to sleep.
