Australia - 2005-04-23 - 4 - Alice Springs - Anzac Hill Lookout
After dropping Adrian off at the campground I went to the Anzac Hill Lookout.
It has a memorial for the Anzac (Australia/New Zealand Army Core). It
also has nice views of Alice Springs. While I was there I spotted a basketball
court, so after finding where it was I went back to the campground to
get Adrian. We then went there to play, but it was locked. So we had to
find another one. Eventually we climbed the fence to play at the high
school play ground. We got in 4 games but on the last one we got kicked
out by this guy, who seemed to think that playing basketball was some
kind of federal offense. Then we headed back to the campground to get
everything packed up for leaving the next morning.
