Australia - 2005-05-18 - 2 - Bunbury - Dolphin Discovery Center
The stop at Bunbury's Dolphin Discovery Center was our first planned stop
of the day. Although the weather was so bad that we did not go down to
the beach to see if we could spot dolphins because we could not have seen
them anyway. We did spend time walking though the center learning about
dolphins, other marine creatures & watched a video. Then we spent some
time to the people working there telling them about our plans for traveling
in the Southwest of Australia. They gave us some general recommendations
& things that we should see which was helpful. We did not stick around
Bunbury that night because the weather was quite bad (there had even been
a tornado through the night before). We drove down the coast a little
more to Busselton where we stayed in a camping area for the night.
