Hey Everyone,

After 6 months in the land of red rocks & kangaroos, it is time to bid adieu to Australia. But that doesn't mean the adventure is over. It means that my Asian adventure is just getting started. I will be in Bali for the next 15 days. After that I will be in Thailand for 4 weeks traveling with a friend. Then I will be going to Cambodia, Vietnam & Laos. I also have tentative plans to visit India, Japan, China & Philippines, but I need to do more research on all of these countries.

Since the last update I have been traveling with Sayoko (my friend from Japan). Her & continued on in the 4WD exploring the Southwest corner of Australia, before heading back up the West Coast to Broome. We then spent 4 days in the Kimberley (the last untamed wilderness). We bush camped (no facilities) & lived out of what we had in the truck, so it was true roughing it. In the end we were out of water, gas & our electronic equipment was drained, so it was good to finally get to a city to get provisions. But the 4 days there were truly amazing, because of all that we seen. I have also had to become a bit of a car mechanic as there were lots of issues with the truck, but I limped it to Litchfield NP, Kakadu NP & Darwin, plus I ended up selling it for a profit :)
